IWS Financial is bringing to market the Annuity Mortgage™ – a new financial instrument developed to monetize capital tied up in housing without losing the house to the Lender or depleting the Borrowers’ original home equity to deliver long-term tax-free annuity income.

This is a game-changer for banks, insurance carriers, and financial planners that, finally, overcomes the obvious deficiencies of traditional equity release products, such as reverse mortgages.

IWS Financial is not a retailer of mortgages.

The Company makes its Annuity Mortgage™ available only to regulated financial institutions (such as banks and life insurers) under licence to brand and distribute their own financial products or to financial services partners as co-branded white-label financial products distributed through independent financial advisers.

The Technology

The Annuity Mortgage™ is a disruptive technology exclusively made available to IWS Financial.  It is a new financial instrument to monetize home equity and can be used in a variety of ways:

• To fund a fixed term annuity
• For lifetime income for retirees in retirement
• As voluntary contributions to top up superannuation for pre-retirees
• To double yield on residential investment properties for high net worth individuals
• To fund products and services bundled with the mortgage
• For tax-free income for persons of any age owning unencumbered residential property

Financial planners estimate that self-funded retirees need 65% of pre-retirement income to live comfortably in their retirement.  However, it is clear that most pre-retirees and retirees are under-funded for their retirement.
